Work with an industry expert
Rolland has been a trainer for the last two decades. Certified as a Master Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he also holds specializations in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Senior Fitness, and Women’s Fitness. He has trained in New York City for years, working with a wide range of clients, including physicians, marathoners, first responders, executives, and retirees.
Outside of his private training career, Rolland also serves as a paratrooper and Master Fitness Trainer in the United States Army, where he supports unit physical readiness programs.

Every workout is strategically designed and delivered through a refined, intuitive platform, providing accountability and seamless continuity so that a demanding lifestyle never compromises your health or performance.

For clients whose schedules limit in-person sessions, travel frequently, or require structured guidance between appointments, combining personal training with online programming provides seamless continuity. In-person coaching refines execution, while remote programming ensures consistent progression and accountability wherever you are.
